I had to get used to the formule. I am used to thicker and creamier feeling balm. This felt very thin and oily, also it had to warm up/be used a couple of times before it started transfering more easily. Nutrition wise, it does not seem to help like other balms for my chapped lips. Just not my cup of tea.
