This was my first K-beauty product last year after not having any for years as a teen. I fell in love with it immediately: straightforward, easy, effective. To me this toner is part of my routine twice a day - just a quick wipe around the face on a cotton pad (I recommend Pyunkang yul's 1/3 cotton pads as to not waste product). It might be considered 'boring' and the packaging isn't 'instaworthy' like a pink seethrough bottle is, but to me that adds to clean girl aesthetic. Nothing fancy - this just works.
