Shipping and returns

Preparation
Your order is prepared within one to two business days. An order placed after 2 pm is prepared from the next business day. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not business days.
Shipping times
Delivery time is added to preparation time:
- Standard — 3 to 5 business days.
- Express — 1 to 2 business days.
Shipping costs
Costs are calculated and displayed before you confirm your order. Standard shipping is free on orders over R999.00.
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may be charged on arrival. They are payable by the recipient and are not included in the displayed price.
Tracking
The estimated delivery date is shown on the product page, at checkout, and again on the confirmation page. A tracking number is provided as soon as the parcel ships.
Returns
You have fourteen days after receipt to return a product, with no reason required.
The product must still be sealed. For hygiene reasons, a cosmetic whose seal or protective film has been removed can be neither returned nor exchanged (Article L221-28 4° of the French Consumer Code).
To start a return, write to contact@zuhae.com with your order number. Return shipping is free: Zuhae provides a prepaid return label. Refunds are issued within fourteen days of our receiving the returned parcel.
Damaged or incorrect product
If a product arrives broken or opened, or does not match your order, report it within fourteen days to contact@zuhae.com, with photographs of the parcel and the product. Replacement or refund, including return shipping, is covered by Zuhae.
