Hydrating and give a glass skin
This toner is very thick, thicker than some serums. It’s about the same consistency as the Skin1001 ampoules, and a lot thicker than the Pyungkung Yul’s Essence toner. I didn’t find it hydrating, and irritated my skin. I got little bumps everywhere. I’m not sure why though, because the ingredient list doesn’t seem to have anything that would sensitise the skin. Oh well.
It dried out my skin, so I has to stop using it.
I have been using this toner for almost 2 weeks now and I must admit, it’s really hydrating. You don’t need much, just a couple of drops, but feels very moisturising and refreshing.
