Thickkkk toner. Makes my skin peel/flaky when used daily. Not a big fan of the scent.
I had skin issues before I started using this toner. . Pigmentation, breakouts, high sebum production. Been using it for 2 weeks. Sebum production has lessend. Pigmentation lessend. Less breakouts. Consistency of toner is thicker than most liquid toners. I think it has a peeling effect on skin if used daily.
